Terms of Service
Acceptance
By accessing or using the LeadRX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using LeadRX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Access and Accounts
Access to LeadRX is by invitation only. Organization administrators control account creation and access within their tenant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify your organization administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Permitted Use
LeadRX is provided for lawful gym and fitness facility management purposes. You may not use the platform to store data unrelated to your legitimate business operations, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, circumvent security controls, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
Data Processing
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement between LeadRX and your organization. Organization administrators act as data controllers for member data processed through the platform.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. For current platform status, visit our Status page.
Intellectual Property
The LeadRX platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of LeadRX. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you or your organization stores in the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeadRX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which LeadRX is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators at least 30 days before taking effect.
